He blamed Democrats for shutting down the government and questioned why Republicans allowed it, repeating claims about illegal immigrants benefiting from Democratic health-care demands. He urged congressional Republicans to play their 'TRUMP CARD' by using the 'Nuclear Option' to eliminate the filibuster and force a resolution. Republicans who deferred to the administration will feel chagrined by the directive.
