"Round's platform sits between a company's existing banks, ERP systems, and payment rails, orchestrating cash flows automatically rather than prompting finance teams to execute individual steps."
"The first product, Agentic Workflow Builder, allows finance teams to describe the workflow they want automated in plain English, which Round generates for approval and runs continuously."
"The second product, Autonomous Payroll, pulls payslips from the company's existing payroll provider, routes approval, funds the run from treasury, executes payment, and confirms completion."
Round, a London fintech specializing in automating treasury management, payments, payroll, and FX, has secured a $6 million seed round led by Alstin Capital. Participation included Backed VC, Love Ventures, and angel investor Paul Forster, co-founder of Indeed. Passion Capital, an early investor in notable fintechs, doubled its investment. Round's platform integrates with existing banks and ERP systems, automating cash flows based on parameters set by finance teams. The funding coincides with the launch of two new products: Agentic Workflow Builder and Autonomous Payroll.
