Assassin's Creed Shadows Adds What We All Wanted: A Cat Dressed Like Ezio
"Today, Ubisoft is updating Assassin's Creed Shadows to version 1.1.1, which not only addresses multiple bugs, but adds a mission that sets up the Claws of Awaji expansion launching on September 16. However, a new addition to the Animus Hub, called Sanctuary, is offering players something they may not have known they wanted: a cat companion dressed as iconic Assassin's Creed hero Ezio Auditore da Firenze."
"Project Sanctuary rewards for Assassin's Creed Shadows. Projects within the Animus Hub are the Assassin's Creed equivalent of the "battle pass," where in-game experience unlocks cosmetic items that can be used in the main game. The full list of items included in the Project Sanctuary pass is as follows: Eagle Head kurasigama Renaissance robe and hood Rooftop Cat pet Charm of Firenze trinket"
Update 1.1.1 for Assassin's Creed Shadows adds a mission that sets up the Claws of Awaji expansion, scheduled for September 16. The update introduces the Sanctuary project in the Animus Hub, a rewards pass that unlocks four themed cosmetics: Eagle Head kurasigama, Renaissance robe and hood, Rooftop Cat pet, and Charm of Firenze trinket. Sanctuary's Rooftop Cat is a white cat wearing Ezio's robes. The patch also adds a new bo staff weapon unlocked during the DLC setup mission. Bug fixes improve Hideout customization and stop repeating tutorials after unlocking Yasuke. The game is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
