Dying Light: The Beast Adding New Game+, Nightmare Difficulty, Ray Tracing On PC, And More
"Following Dying Light: The Beast's release in September, developer Techland has now announced an 11-week post-launch DLC roadmap plan for the game, including a range of new content. The post-launch DLC plan includes the debut of a New Game+ mode, along with the extremely challenging Nightmare difficulty. Players can also look forward to ray-tracing support on PC, a collaboration with PUBG Mobile, new "Legend" levels, and quality-of-life updates."
"The Beast expands. What's more, Techland announced an event called Call of the Beast, which runs now through January 7, 2026, offering players new challenges and rewards each Thursday for 11 weeks. Each challenge offers up exclusive rewards, including new guns and car skins, and to unlock them, the game's playerbase needs to work together to contribute. If at least 17 of the 22 goals are completed, players will get a new Legendary reward, which will be revealed at the end of the event in January 2026. Should the community complete 20 challenges, everyone who takes part will get all the rewards, no matter when they started taking part."
