One of them is in the building west of Bugswatter Beach; another is in Viney Shafts just south of there; another is by the road at the southeastern edge of Ranger's Ruin; one more is in the snowy area between Gourdy Gate and O.X.R. "When you speak to him, you can hire him, but be warned that this quest will be tricky to complete early in Fortnitemares, as many players each round will be trying to complete it, and only one person can. It may be best to head there when the Battle Bus isn't soaring anywhere near his location, as fewer players will go so far out of their way."
Fortnitemares 2025 runs from October 9 to November 1 and features nine new collaborations, including Doja Cat as the event's Big Bad. Many new skins and rewards will be purchasable in the shop, while numerous Halloween-themed items can be earned for free by completing Fortnitemares quests. Quests will be added and updated throughout the event. Example quests include finding and speaking to Fred, Velma, Daphne, and Shaggy at specific island locations to start their found quests and earn XP. The Scooby-Doo hire quest is competitive early in the event, so approach when fewer players are nearby to improve success.
