"Music Season is where the Stardew Valley collaboration lives. The new season is available until September 22, and as the name suggests, there's music and rhythm games-inspired content here. A Junimo from the world of Stardew Valley has arrived in Miraland, befriending Nikki. The two will take part in an adventure. Complete it and you'll earn exclusive collaboration furniture for your home, and an outfit for Nikki."
"The story of the update itself doesn't actually revolve around Stardew Valley. Instead, it's about Nikki coming across a brooch that belongs to the Evermelody Troupe, which sets her off on a quest to investigate. You'll visit the Box Theater (haunted by a new enemy) as part of this, and even witness a live rehearsal. Supporting all that are the new rhythm game mechanics, which include dancing with town NPCs."
Patch 1.9 adds a Stardew Valley crossover via Music Season, available until September 22, bringing music- and rhythm-themed content. A Junimo appears in Miraland and joins Nikki on an adventure that rewards exclusive collaboration furniture and an outfit. The update's story centers on Nikki finding a brooch from the Evermelody Troupe, leading to quests at the Box Theater and a live rehearsal, with new rhythm mechanics allowing dancing with town NPCs and animal transformations to find clues. The patch also introduces home building in Miraland, with Yardlings helping players design, save, and share homes via unique codes.
