New Xbox Update Makes A Key Improvement
Briefly

Microsoft's latest Xbox update enhances personalization features on the Home screen, currently available to Alpha and Alpha Skip-Ahead users. Responding to fan feedback, players can now hide system apps, pin favorite games for quick access, and look forward to a future ability to reduce tile counts. This update aims to create a less crowded and more efficient Home experience, aligning with player preferences. The introduction of these features reflects Microsoft's commitment to responsiveness and flexibility in updating its gaming console interface. Additional changes include recent price hikes for Xbox consoles and upcoming game price adjustments.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to make Home more personal, flexible, and responsive to your feedback. Microsoft explained this as they announced the new features for the Xbox home screen.
The Home screen now features three new settings, one being 'Hide System Apps' to prevent them from cluttering the recently played games list.
Users can finally 'Pin Favorites to Home,' allowing for quicker access to up to three recently played games or apps, keeping them at the top of the list.
Although 'Reduce Tile Count' isn’t available yet, Microsoft is refining this feature to allow users to minimize the tiles showing in their home screen, tailored to their preferences.
