Zeraora is a Generation VII mythical Pokémon that debuted as an event-exclusive on 3DS in 2018 and had a brief shiny availability via Pokémon Home in 2020, making this its first wide return in five years. Mega designs in the RPG have often trended toward silly or exaggerated aesthetics, but Mega Zeraora presents a cooler, less jokey look that some fans appreciate.
