Xbox users can now stream games they own on their consoles
Briefly

Microsoft has just rolled out a feature for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One owners that allows Game Pass Ultimate members to stream select games directly from their console. This is designed to save time and hard drive space, enabling immediate gameplay without the need for downloads. Over 100 titles are part of this feature, with notable games including Baldur's Gate 3 and Assassin's Creed Shadows. The company is also expanding its remote play capabilities to include backward compatible Xbox and Xbox 360 games across all supported devices, enhancing the gaming library available for users.
Gamers can jump right in immediately, without having to download and install a giant file, saving both time and hard drive space.
Xbox players could already do this on devices outside of an official console, with streaming features popping up on select smart TVs and browser-supported devices.
