The Holiday Boat Parade & Party at The Wharf returns on Saturday, December 6 for its 33rd year, featuring a mile-long aquatic pageant of more than 60 festively decorated vessels along the Washington Channel. The parade begins at 7 pm and ends with fireworks. Family-friendly activities run along Wharf Street, including ornament decorating, games at the Kids Zone in M Street Landing, pet stocking creation, letter-writing to Santa, and photos in The Grove. Camp Wharf Firepit and S'mores Trailer becomes the Caps Campfire offering hot apple cider and s'more supplies. The Wharf Ice Rink remains open through February 22, 2026. District Pier hosts live music and nautical displays.
