Paul Toboni finalized an 11-person uniformed coaching staff for 2026, the largest in franchise history and a marked change from the Mike Rizzo–Dave Martinez era. The announced staff includes Blake Butera (manager), Matt Borgschulte (hitting coach), Sean Doolittle (assistant pitching coach), Dustin Glant (assistant pitching/bullpen coach) and additional coaches. Matt Borgschulte served as the Twins' hitting coach in 2025 after prior time with the Orioles, and Dustin Glant joins from the college ranks after serving at Indiana University.
