Hana Dhanji is a lawyer, executive coach, and founder of The Law School Edge and Integrated Feminine Authority (launching 2024). She helps professionals realign success with clarity, purpose, and emotional intelligence. Born in London and raised in Scarborough in a working-class immigrant family, she earned scholarships to UTS and graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto. She holds a master’s in international affairs from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a JD/MBA from U of T and Rotman. She worked with WHO, the Canadian Mission to the UN, Sullivan & Cromwell, and Hogan Lovells before pivoting from corporate law to coaching to prevent burnout and build values-driven careers. She supports high-achievers—especially women—through career coaching, mindset work, leadership development, board service, and mentorship.
