According to a statement shared on social media, a teenage boy was the lone survivor of the accident in Pitogo, about 153km (95 miles) southeast of the capital Manila. More than a dozen flights were ordered cancelled by aviation authorities as Fengshen hovered over Luzon, situated just south of Manila, as of Sunday afternoon."
