In southwest Colombia, heavy rains triggered a devastating landslide that led to at least one confirmed death and left three people missing. The mayor of Pasto, Nicolas Toro, reported the incident, revealing that the victim was caught in his vehicle during the landslide. Rescue efforts by the National Risk Management Unit have resulted in 38 individuals being saved, while the landslide impacted more than 200 people and destroyed 65 homes.
