President Trump demanded the return of allegedly stolen US assets and signaled escalating pressure. White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles endorsed targeting narco boats to disrupt smuggling and to pressure Maduro’s regime. The actions represent an intensified US campaign against Venezuela.
