The UK is refocusing 20m of already-pledged aid on water, sanitation and hygiene, to be delivered through Unicef, the World Food Programme and the Norwegian Refugee Council. Discussions will include Palestinian Authority transformation and reform to enable it to lead Gaza's recovery, with no role for Hamas.
