The first floor functions as a public cafe featuring Commonplace Coffee specialty drinks, public seating, and rotating local art for sale. A 10-by-18-foot Jeff Goldblum mural painted by Jeremy Raymer dominates the back wall. The second floor is reserved for members, accommodating about 35 people with a kitchen, large desks, meeting rooms, quiet booths and creative studios. Visitors can book spaces via an app with hourly, day-pass and multi-day options. The building retains traces of its industrial past, including old cranes.
