The overall design functions as a versatile backdrop so the apartment can shift character according to residents' needs and moods. A carefully chosen combination of materials, colors, and furnishings enables easy updates or changes to alter atmosphere. The approach prioritizes both functional and visual flexibility, allowing furniture and finishes to be replaced to change use and mood. The project used products from TON, AMura, FLOS, Nemo, Norman Copenhagen, Ns Product, Stilnovo, and TOOY. Lead architect is Nini Tchanturia; completion year 2023; photographs by Grigory Sokolinsky.
