The Barao Geraldo House expansion involved acquiring a neighboring lot adjacent to the existing residence. The design approach prioritized preservation of the original landscape profile and vegetation on the new lot. Two new buildings were strategically proposed for the acquired property. The project spans 217 square meters and was completed in 2023. Photographer Manuel Sa documented the completed work. Materials specified include OC wooden flooring, Sanitherm products, and Securit components. Lead architect Gil Mello directed the design and execution of this residential expansion.
