Bospad House / maa_architecture studio
Briefly

The house sits on a small trapezoidal wooded plot with a south-facing rear façade. The existing veranda was completely cut off from the main house and its size and proportions made it difficult to fit into the available space. Much of the house required complete renovation to adapt interior spaces to the family’s needs, since the existing kitchen was old and very small. The goal was to give the house a more contemporary look and improve spatial integration. The chosen solution demolished the disconnected veranda and constructed a new extension at the back of the house.
