Established over the old Igarape das Almas now a canal about 1.2 km long in the central median of Avenida Visconde de Sousa Franco the project recaptures the hydric identity that historically structured the Reduto basin and which, throughout the urbanization process, has been buried under fragmented and functional logics."

The project regenerates the Linear Park of Doca in Belém do Pará as a strategic urban intervention that reconnects the city to its waters. The design combines infrastructure, landscape, and memory to enhance public spaces and civic access to the waterfront. The park is established over the former Igarapé das Almas, now a canal roughly 1.2 km long running in the central median of Avenida Visconde de Sousa Franco. The intervention aims to recapture the hydric identity that historically structured the Reduto basin and that was buried by fragmented, functional urbanization processes. Multiple design and engineering teams collaborated on the proposal.
