Creature Enamel is a rare resource used to craft Enamled Glass. Harvesting it requires building the Tadpole and the Wakemaker so deeper dives are possible, since the Tadpole alone reaches only 250 meters. Fully charged vehicles and the Sonar Resonator are needed because it is the only way to harvest the resource. The trip is long and hazardous, so extra healing supplies, food, and water are recommended. From the starting lifepod, travel due east following a 105 compass heading. Creature Enamel is about 1,400 meters east and 260–280 meters down, requiring passage through the high-temperature biome and Heat Tolerance Adaptation. After reaching the Alien Ruins area, the resource is encountered just beyond the 1,400-meter mark to the east.

Creature Enamel is located roughly 1,400 meters east of the lifepod and around 260-280 meters down. You'll have to head all the way through the high-temperature biome for this trip, meaning you need to have the Heat Tolerance Adaptation unlocked."
"Beyond the high-temperature biome, go down to the Alien Ruins site, which you should have marked on your mini-map if you're in need of Creature Enamel in Subnautica 2. Creature Enamel is located around the Alien Ruins, but you'll first encounter it just beyond 1,400 meters directly east of the"
