Notable US startup funding totaled $2.53B for the week ending 5/23/26, including major rounds for Amca, Armada, and Benefitbay.
Canaccord’s thesis rests on two pillars. First, Intuitive Machines' bottom line inflected positive during the quarter, beating the firm's estimate by 128%, even as the top line missed expectations by 18%. Adjusted EBITDA swung to positive $2.67 million from a loss in the prior year. Second, Canaccord expects the NASA moon base (Andromeda) and Golden Dome programs to drive expansion in the second half of the year.
The question worth asking is whether Lockheed's stock is riding a geopolitical wave or whether the underlying business has actually earned this move. The answer, based on Q4 2025 results and the company's production trajectory, leans toward the latter.
