Barcelona has been with @properties since 2018, most recently serving as the company's vice president of brokerage services for @properties' Naperville, St. Charles, Downers Grove and Elmhurst offices. Filling Barcelona's vacant role are Mike Long and Kevin Rynes. Long will lead the @properties offices in Downers Grove and Naperville, while Rynes will lead the offices in Lake Forest and Elmhurst.
The first is Paul Blackburn, who was named executive vice president of agent development and culture. In this role, Blackburn will oversee @properties's coaching and training programs, direct agent training for new technologies and lead the firm's agent business-development initiatives across all markets. Most recently, he served as the vice president of brokerage services for @properties Christie's International Real Estate's Goose Island and North Center offices.
