The New Mexico communities of Valencia County, the Pueblo of Laguna, and the Pueblo of Acoma each received $100,000 broadband planning grants from the Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (OBAE), supporting critical infrastructure planning and aiding competition for additional federal funding.

These broadband projects will be funded with $22.1 million from the state's American Rescue Plan funds and an additional $9.6 million from the broadband providers.
