Of the eight acts originally announced for the Great American State Fair, only Vanilla Ice has officially confirmed his participation. Meanwhile, Milli Vanilli's Fab Morvan - who did not sing on the group's studio recordings - is set to appear instead of any of the group's actual vocalists. C+C Music Factory appear to be having an internal dispute over whether they'll take the stage, while Flo Rida has yet to weigh in.
