Known trans theatre folk certainly did. A few professed allies did. But the number of companies and venues to do so was depressingly low, and I can't recall a single Cesar Chavez acknowledgement.

It's a significant town for Latinos in the country, as the legend of Cesar Chavez... was forged in these lands. In the face of all these attacks, it's important to teach people who are afraid that they have to fight back.
