I'm referring, of course, to what "The 752" tells us about Doris. Until this point in the show, she's been the most boring kind of cipher: someone whom we are led to understand is mysterious and secretive without any other character traits, a thoroughly uncompelling enigma who appears to say cryptic things every so often to remind you that you never know who you can fully trust or whatever. But in "The 752," she finally, actually does something!
