Almost four months after the ugly scenes at the Vallecas Stadium, it seems justice is finally catching up. The Commission against Violence in Sport has proposed a fine of €1,500 for a Rayo Vallecano fan who prevented FC Barcelona stars Alejandro Balde and Frenkie de Jong from gifting their shirts to young supporters in the stands, reports Mundo Deportivo. What was the incident?
