Three killed in Moscow car explosion, say Russian authorities

Two traffic police officers and a third person were killed in a Moscow car explosion near where Lt Gen Fanil Sarvarov was earlier killed.

A car bomb in southern Moscow killed Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, head of General Staff training, prompting a formal murder probe.
