Hard work, dedication and self-belief are the three things that have helped me get to where I am today. It's about the small things every day, working hard and putting in the extra work to make it as a professional footballer. There is only a small percentage of people who make it, but if you have the right attitude and passion, and if you're willing to put in the effort, I think anything is possible.

One of the words we use a lot in this block is 'ruthlessness'. We want to be ruthless in both boxes. It is easy to say it, but turning it into action is much harder. The players are trying to turn it into action, we try to facilitate for them and put emphasis on a couple of things, but they are actually doing it and I am very happy they are getting success out of what they are doing at the moment. We need to maintain that and develop it further because new challenges are coming.
