Bayern II are in a real crisis at the moment. After winning 3 games in a row at the start of the season, the U-23s have won just one of their last 7 games (none in four) and are currently struggling in midtable. After a transfer offensive in the summer that clearly prioritized signing older players for immediate success, this season has to be viewed as a genuine disaster thus far.
