When we saw this home - with its east-west exposures and windows that could be seen on both sides - we were immediately sold. Coun. Josh Matlow expressed concerns about the potential impact of the airport expansion on housing supply, stating, 'If we need smaller buildings on the islands, what will the ability be to actually create these affordable housing projects?'
Galliard Homes reduced the amount of affordable housing in the project's housing stock from 35 per cent to just 10 per cent, citing increased construction costs and changing building regulations as key factors.

The building, developed by Avery Hall, features 133 units with layouts ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes and soaring 9-foot windows, a rare find in New York City.
