David Humphreys described the signing of Stuart Lancaster as a 'significant coup and statement of intent' for Connacht, highlighting the importance of strengthening their leadership after recent challenges.
"Miron had a clear vision of how he wanted to take Argyle forward and showed a depth of tactical awareness that made it clear exactly how he wanted the team to set up and play," Plymouth chairman Simon Hallett stated.
