Federal judges report increasing threats against them and their families, warning that such threats are becoming normalized and problematic.
"The conduct alleged in the Indictment is as heinous as it is troubling: threats to a federal judge, two state superior court judges, an elected official, and a private New Jersey resident."
District Attorney Susan Cacace emphasized the seriousness of the threats, stating that the 'defendant's alleged conduct is especially alarming' amidst increasing threats to judiciary members.
