Kong Vang posted the clip to Facebook, where it has since received more than 400,000 views, according to FOX 9 KMSP. Vang told the outlet that he was working from home Monday afternoon in the city's Frogtown neighborhood when his mother alerted him that someone was outside. He said he grabbed his phone and started recording because he believed the person at the door could be ICE.
Kulik said, "We're concerned about what's happening here in this country. [People] don't always know what their rights are... so we wanted to make sure that people were aware of what their rights were."
