"My heart aches with the loss of Coach Mac, who was so much more than a coach and broadcaster -- he was family. Coach Mac gave so much of himself to this organization over the years, and his passion, loyalty, and love for the Titans never wavered."
Photos show Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini holding hands, hugging, and enjoying a hot tub together, activities typically associated with romantic involvement. Eyewitnesses reported seeing them alone, contradicting claims of being with friends.
Eberflus, 55, was the defensive coordinator in Indianapolis from 2018-21. The Colts ranked in the top 10 in takeaways in each of his four years there and will likely be a primary focus of his job with the 49ers.
Johnson won six Southern Section titles coaching at Mission Viejo and three at El Toro while winning 338 games, the second winningest in Orange County history and in the top five in state history, according to the Orange County Register.
I figured that Al Harris would get some interest from teams looking to fill defensive coordinator vacancies. And when the PIttsburgh Steelers hired Mike McCarthy to be their new head coach, I thought there was a real chance that Harris would follow a familiar face if an opportunity for a new role presented itself. But it sounds like McCarthy has landed on a defensive coordinator for the Steeles - and it is not Al Harris.
Cal football general manager Ron Rivera may not be done with the NFL after all. The former coach of the Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders interviewed recently with the Arizona Cardinals for their vacant coaching position, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. Rivera, 64, took over the Golden Bears' football program less than year ago, aiming to use his NFL experience to help his alma mater fast-forward into the new world of college football, complete with Name, Image and Likeness,
Eric Studesville was most recently the Miami Dolphins running backs coach on Mike McDaniel's staff. He has been with the Dolphins since 2017, with titles including run game coordinator (2017-20), co-offensive coordinator (2021), and associate head coach (2022-25). Plus, Johnson and Studesville worked together in Miami. I imagine that familiarity could be handy.
The Bears and the Packers, they should not like each other. I think it's as simple as that. I think that's going to make this rivalry, this game, something that people are going to watch going forward.
Taylor began his NFL coaching journey with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013 as an offensive quality control coach. He was later promoted to assistant quarterbacks coach, a role he held when the Eagles won the Super Bowl in 2017 and later became the team's quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator. He spent the 2021 season as a senior offensive assistant with the Indianapolis Colts before being hired in Jacksonville.
He had a tremendous season. He was an absolute turnover machine. The Bears, they didn't do a great job between the 20s. OK? The ball was move a lot. But when it came down to turning the ball over, they were better than every team in the league and he was a huge reason why. Intercepting passes, strip sacks, fumbles, fumble recoveries. What he did on a vet minimum contract or something like that, but
