Nosh Corner, a casual deli serving up creative sandwiches and drinks, is now open on Broadway in Redwood City. Replacing a former Ike's Lair sandwich spot, Nosh Corner opened about a month ago and serves up signature and custom sandwiches, smoothies, matcha drinks, slushies and more. "The idea was that we wanted something with a bit of everything," says manager Ken Hout.
SoMa's latest green tea newcomer is Cafe Nagomi, a takeout counter specializing in matcha drinks and soft serve. On top of a traditional matcha latte, they also have versions with white chocolate, hojicha, and, as with other recent matcha spots, an einspanner-theirs is with strawberry.
