Free-agent forward Jeremy Sochan is signing with the New York Knicks after he clears waivers, according to his agent, Deirunas Visockas. Per ESPN, the deal is for the remainder of the 2025-26 season. Sochan was released by the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday and had as many as 10 teams showing interest. But the Knicks win the sweepstakes a week after a trade deadline in which they failed to bring in the wing depth that they had been looking for.
