CTV faces a trust problem due to measurement issues, not a creative or performance problem.
Wherever you stand on work from home, put the issue aside temporarily and allow your employees to work more from their home offices. It will save them money on gas and put less pressure on you to reimburse them for higher fuel costs.
The biggest challenge is that Learning and Development is not positioned as a strategic function in many organizations. Instead, L&D often operates as a function for the sake of having a function. It is rarely used by executive leadership as a strategic support capability and is more often treated as a nice-to-have necessity rather than an integral part of business decision-making.
Passion can work for or against you in a business model. Your goal? Make it work for you. Markup is how much you add to your cost to get your selling price. If something costs $10 and you sell it for $15 , you added $5. That's a 50 percent markup on your cost. According to Basware CEO Jason Kurtz, the time for experimentation is over; executives expect concrete results.
It's about replacing entire layers of business process management with intelligent systems that route work, make recommendations, and execute decisions autonomously. PEGA builds workflow automation and CRM software specifically designed for this transformation. The company generates $1.73 billion in trailing revenue with a 16.1% profit margin, focusing on AI-driven customer engagement and process automation. Recent quarters show dramatic profitability improvement, with Q1 2025 delivering $85.4 million in net income after the company posted losses in 2022.
The average CEO makes over 280 times what their company's line worker earns. This is more than 10 times the ratio observed in the 1970s. Looking just at the salaries and bonuses of Fortune 500 CEOs, financial executives, top university presidents, and even some directors of the larger non-profit organizations, you would think that these leaders are performing at high levels-at least levels high enough to justify their huge compensation. Unfortunately, that's not often the case.
