It sure looks like the Heat desperately need to make a bold trade

Sometimes change is good, but there are also moments in which change is necessary. The Miami Heat may have finally arrived at that point. At this stage, it does seem as if change would be both good and necessary for a Heat team that continues to struggle to find a real identity. Nothing seems to be clicking for Miami right now, and everything that seemed to be going "right" for them at the beginning of the season has gone by the wayside.
