Russia is starting an 'evacuation' of its citizens from Cuba amid the island's jet fuel crisis

Russian airlines are operating one-way flights to repatriate thousands of tourists from Cuba due to a jet fuel shortage.

A Russian An-24 plane crashed in the Amur region, carrying 42 passengers and seven crew members, with no survivors found.
