Seattle's housing market shows increased inventory and competition, but prices remain stable despite slight shifts in buyer urgency and longer selling times.
The colorful bungalow hit the market in late January for $735,000 and went from pending to closed in 10 days. Gossard bought the property in 1992, a year after Pearl Jam released its first album, for $230,000, public records show.
According to Realtor.com economists, 9.4% of Washington homeowners exceeded the previous $10,000 SALT deduction cap. With the new $40,000 ceiling, only 0.8% are projected to remain above the limit.
