Oracle's agentic AI tools will enable customers to create custom applications or add custom functionality to existing Oracle apps. Customers could use the platform to build features on demand and deactivate them when no longer needed. This capability could shift app-extension work from Oracle staff to customers or their partners. Some Oracle employees focused on app expansions could be laid off without reducing customer capabilities. Customers would be able to add capabilities on their own timeframe and within their own budgets. The platform transfers implementation power to customers and partners, enabling flexible, temporary, or in-house solutions.
