AWS goes all in on AI agents with new features for Bedrock and Amazon Q
Briefly

AWS's announcement at re:Invent 2024 highlights the launch of new AI features enabling users to create and manage multiple coordinated agents to perform complex tasks.
'Bedrock takes what was going to be an almost impossible coordination engineering task and makes it simple to do, and that's what we're doing,' said AWS CEO Matt Garman.
Adnan Ijaz emphasized the importance of unit testing in software development, stating, 'It takes a lot of time for them to go write tests, but it's necessary if you really need to test what the software is supposed to do.'
With the new multi-agent collaboration, AWS's Amazon Bedrock Agents allows customers to create a 'supervisor' agent to manage task distribution among other agents.
