Additionally, SoftBank and OpenAI have formed a joint venture to deliver 'Cristal intelligence', an enterprise AI aimed at custom integration for businesses. SoftBank plans to invest $3 billion annually to deploy these solutions and secure priority access to OpenAI's advanced models in Japan.
