Sam Zeitlin is set to open Zeitlin's Delicatessen in Lincoln Park in June 2023, expanding his bagel business that began in 2019. After testing his recipes at farmers markets, he is establishing a restaurant and production facility that will produce 20,000 bagels each week. With seating for 30 customers, the deli will also offer local vendor snacks and drinks. Zeitlin, who grew up with a strong connection to Jewish deli culture, aims to share traditional flavors with his community, integrating personal heritage into his culinary offerings.
