Richie Rude, a prominent enduro racer, is making a significant return to his downhill roots with Yeti Cycles in the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup Series. Yeti, which had withdrawn from downhill racing in 2014, is re-entering the competition after an 11-year gap. Rude, known for his impressive enduro success, sees this as an exciting opportunity to face new challenges while still participating in select enduro events. As the current UCI Enduro World Cup Overall Champion, Rude expresses eagerness to build on Yeti's downhill program and continue his successful racing career.
Over the past few years my interest in racing downhill has increased, competing in select events throughout the years alongside Enduro. I look forward to continuing my success with the Yeti / FOX Factory Team, building and shifting our success with the DH program.
