Briefly

At the 2025 USA Cycling Pro Road National Championships in Charleston, Ashlin Barry and Liliana Edwards emerged as champions in their respective junior 17-18 categories. Barry, who also holds Canadian citizenship, defended his title with a time of 19:45, outperforming his closest competitor by over 13 seconds. Edwards, who previously won the junior 15-16 time trial, recorded an impressive time of 22:08. The conditions were ideal for both competitors, who expressed satisfaction with their performances along the 16.7km course alongside the Kanawha River.
It was beautiful conditions here. I felt strong on the TT bike, felt good on the turn-arounds and was able to execute everything to plan. I couldn't be happier with my ride and how the day went.
Barry, who carries dual USA-Canadian citizenship, began racing with a USA Cycling licence last year and won both the US men's junior ITT and road race titles.
