A Boston man accused of stabbing a 68-year-old woman in Roxbury has been found not guilty on all charges, despite authorities alleging he attacked her while she was handling belongings near her SUV.
The woman reportedly fought back during the alleged assault, sustaining a non-life-threatening stab wound to her chest. Flores was arrested later on outstanding warrants and charged in the stabbing incident.
